InspectPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the InspectPro application, related services, and the InspectPro website. InspectPro is provided by InfraSynex Pty Ltd. By accessing or using InspectPro, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use InspectPro only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate any contractual, regulatory, privacy, or workplace obligations that apply to you or your organization.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information when creating or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and restricting access to your devices.
• You must notify InfraSynex promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Organization Use

If you use InspectPro on behalf of a company, government body, contractor, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. That organization may control workspaces, project data, user access, and retained records associated with its account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some InspectPro features are available only under paid plans or subscriptions. Pricing, billing intervals, included features, trial terms, and renewal conditions may be presented in the app, the applicable app store, or an order form. Subscription and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers and platform billing systems.

• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• Failure to maintain payment may result in reduced access, suspension, or termination of paid features.
• App store purchases may also be subject to the terms of Apple, Google, or other platform providers.

Your Content

You retain responsibility for the data, files, photos, voice notes, annotations, reports, and other content you create, upload, sync, or share through InspectPro. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and to permit InspectPro to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it as needed to operate the service.

You grant InfraSynex a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving InspectPro.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use InspectPro to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with the service or other users.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not upload malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or material you do not have authority to use.

Availability and Changes

InspectPro may evolve over time. InfraSynex may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or portions of the service, including as needed for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Privacy

Your use of InspectPro is also subject to the InspectPro Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

InspectPro may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including cloud hosting, authentication, file storage, mapping, app integrity, notifications, and billing providers. InfraSynex is not responsible for third-party products or services except to the extent required by law.

Intellectual Property

InspectPro, including its software, branding, site content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to InfraSynex and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Termination

You may stop using InspectPro at any time. InfraSynex may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.

Disclaimers

InspectPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. InfraSynex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraSynex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or use, arising from or related to InspectPro. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraSynex's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to InfraSynex for InspectPro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfraSynex from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of InspectPro, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by InfraSynex's own misconduct.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfraSynex regarding InspectPro unless a separate written agreement applies.
