InspectPro is a field inspection and reporting application provided and operated by InfraSynex Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you use the InspectPro mobile app, related cloud services, and the InspectPro website.
If you use InspectPro through an employer, contractor, or other organization, that organization may control the inspection data you create in the app. In those cases, we process data on behalf of that organization, subject to our agreements with it.

- Photos, files, and attachments that you capture, import, edit, export, or upload through the app.
- Audio recordings when you choose to create voice notes in the app.

Local data may include reports, cached files, photos, audio attachments, preferences, and security-related tokens. Cloud data may include account records, synced report content, uploaded media, and subscription state.

- When you intentionally share, export, or collaborate on reports and attachments.
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Third-Party Services
InspectPro may rely on third-party platforms and SDKs, including services for authentication, cloud databases, cloud file storage, mapping, app integrity and abuse prevention, in-app purchases, and app store billing. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy notices and contractual obligations.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and honor instructions from the organization that manages your account. Retention may vary depending on the type of data and whether you store it only locally or also sync it to cloud services.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- You may review or update certain profile information in the app.
- You may manage permissions through your device settings.
- You may delete local app data by removing content from the app or uninstalling the app, subject to any separately stored cloud copies.
