InspectPro Account Deletion

If you want to delete your InspectPro account and associated cloud data, you can submit a deletion request to InfraSynex Pty Ltd using the process below.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@infrasynex.com from the email address associated with your InspectPro account.
- Use the subject line "InspectPro Account Deletion Request".
- Include your full name, company name if applicable, and the email address tied to the account you want deleted.
- If your account belongs to an organization-managed workspace, we may ask for additional verification or direct you to your organization administrator.
What We Delete
- Your InspectPro authentication account and profile record.
- Cloud-stored report data, uploaded media, and related account-linked content that is controlled solely by your individual account.
- Associated app access tokens and active service access tied to the deleted account.
What May Be Retained
- Records needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, and financial/accounting obligations.
- Subscription, transaction, and billing records that must be retained by law or by our payment and platform providers.
- Workspace or project data that is controlled by an employer, contractor, enterprise customer, or other organization administrator.
- Residual backup or log copies retained for disaster recovery and security purposes for a limited period.
Deletion Timing
Once we verify your request, we aim to process account deletion within 30 days. Limited backup or log data may remain for up to 90 days before routine deletion cycles complete, unless longer retention is required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
Important Notes
- Deleting your cloud account does not automatically remove files that remain stored locally on your devices. You should also uninstall the app and remove any exported files you want deleted from your own systems.
- If you use InspectPro through an organization, some data may be retained by that organization under its own retention and compliance requirements.
